Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest child of singer Dionne Warswick, and gospel singer Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew as a child in a household of musicians. As a child she was a singer in the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark. At the age of she turned 15, Houston had sung professionally with backing vocals alongside her mother for Chaka Khan's song from 1978 Im Every Woman. Whitney Houston, her debut album that debuted in 1985 was the highest-selling album for a debut singer. Songs like The Most Beautiful Love of All, How Do I Know if You Give Good Love or Saving all My Love were all released off the album. These songs helped Houston to achieve 7 US top tens, which surpassed even those of the Beatles. The album itself sold three million copies in its first year in the US as well as make 25 million copies worldwide, earning them the first six Grammies. The Whitney sequel in 1987, featuring the singles Where Do Broken Hearts GO and I Wanna Dance With Somebody helped to build on the success of her first album. It was, however it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard that solidified her status as one the world's most loved performers. Even though the movie and actress' performance were not highly praised, the soundtrack album featuring her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was her most popular single and albums for many months. It sold more than 44 million copies worldwide. When she had her daughter Bobbi she married Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. In 1996 her daily use of drugs was documented.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorperson for the CNN reporter and political reporter for CNN. The anchorwoman produced a number of shows on weekends on the network, including Evans & Novak: Late Edition" and Inside Politics." She was previously employed by NBC as well as CBS. Bash has been awarded the Women in Washington Power List award by Elle magazine. Many young journalists admire her for having incredible reporting/anchoring capabilities. The George Washington University grad is the most loving mom to her single child. The single woman was married twice.
